Future Leaders Program - WA Pilot

This project established a group of young, pork industry personnel in WA to pilot a Future Leaders Program. The group of 16 participants met four times throughout the year to learn about aspects of the pork industry and interact socially, sharing their thoughts and ideas. Feedback from the group was very positive and had strong support for continuation of the program. The group still meets regularly with support from the Western Australian Pork Producers Association and DAFWA.
